I absolutely love this dentist they always go above and beyond their expectations. I been coming here before I had children, now I have 4 children and a husband and we all come to this dentist now. I really love their customer service they make sure you feel very welcome and they make sure to help you in every way possible. I’ll start in the front with the ladies behind the desk they are so nice and welcoming Lisa and Maddy are very nice and will make sure to get your appointments in, and make you feel welcome. Then we have erika she’s the best she will make sure your able to get your dental needs met and at a affordable price she’s so sweet and goes above and beyond her job. And I really appreciate Dr Kim he’s a really great orthodontics he does a really good job so calm and has a lot of patience with kids. Update I still come here with my family but a lot of the old staff are gone and old mangers. I’m a little disappointed because the staff that was there I felt so comfortable with. I also haven’t seen the same orthodontics doctor who started my daughter on her journey with braces I’m noticing there’s a lot of staff coming and going and different mangers each time I visit so that’s really a bummer for me because I like a stable office especially for my kids so they can have one person fixing there teeth not multiple .So I’m not sure if I’ll continue to stay I really have a long history but things have changed in the pass years after the pandemic it’s definitely bitter sweet.

Lovely Lady

I can't necessarily say I enjoy going to the Dentist. However, I love how the new doctors & nurses here make me feel relaxed & comfortable. Being Autistic as well, it really helps me that they explain things to me and walk me through the process to make me feel a little more at ease. I must admit I like the new management better since they remodeled. I've been coming to this location since I was in Kindergarten and I'm 26 now. It's interesting to imagine how much the place has changed since Dr. Brown retired.

My daughter had a wonderful experience today at this office! Front desk receptionist Stacy was super welcoming and friendly. The back office staff that helped her was Berenice, Tony and Richard. Amazing chair side manner, funny and they all had excellent customer service. Dr. Refaat is a caring, knowledgeable and very patient dentist. He took her in as an emergency patient with so much compassion. The vibe and energy in the office was very positive from start to finish! We will definitely be back!
